How much does it cost?
Plans are a draft for now: Local Presence $750/mo, Growth Engine $1,500/mo and Done-For-You Pro $2,500/mo, with one-time setup fees of $250, $500 and $1,000. Or start with the $497 30-day pilot, which has no setup fee. See services.
Is there a contract?
Yes. A simple services agreement covers scope, a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. Payment is net 15. The pilot is 30 days and you can walk away after it.
Do you use AI?
Yes. AI tools help draft posts, captions and automations. A person reviews everything, and nothing publishes without your approval.
Who approves posts?
You do. Each month we send your content calendar for approval. You can also give a standing approval for the monthly calendar so posting runs on schedule.
What results can I expect?
Results vary, and we don't guarantee rankings, leads or revenue. You get a 1-page monthly report (weekly on Pro) with calls, leads, bookings and reviews, so you can judge for yourself.
What area do you serve?
We're based in Ocala and focus on Marion County, FL, including Belleview, Dunnellon, Silver Springs Shores and nearby. Ask us if you're outside that area.
What is missed-call text-back, and how does it work?
When you can't pick up, the caller automatically gets a text, for example "Sorry we missed you, book a time here", with your booking link. They can book or reply right away instead of calling the next company. It's included in Done-For-You Pro.
Is missed-call text-back allowed?
We follow federal texting rules and get consent where required.
Do I need scheduling software to offer online booking?
No. We can set up a simple booking link, or connect to the scheduling tool you already use.
How do I get more HVAC service calls or roofing leads?
Often the quickest win is answering the leads you already get: fast follow-up, an easy way to book, steady Google profile posts and more reviews. Paid leads are an option too, but recovering calls you already get is usually cheaper.
Do you do SEO or web design in Ocala?
Every plan includes Google Business Profile posts. We also build 5–8 page websites with SEO basics as a one-time project ($1,200, pricing draft).
