A small team of AI assistants, built for your business.
We set up custom Grok Bots that sort your email, keep your checklists, watch your calendar and write first drafts. They prepare the work. You approve what goes out. Built for any local business, and for your personal life too.
Drafts only. Nothing is sent, spent or posted without your OK.Send us a messageHow it works
One helper per job
A Grok Bot is an AI assistant that can use a computer and connect to tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Notion and Slack. We build a few, each with one clear job. It is the same way we run our own business.
Inbox bot
Sorts email. Writes reply drafts for you to check.
Research bot
Looks things up and brings back a short summary.
Writer bot
Drafts posts, notes and letters in your voice.
Ops / checklist bot
Keeps task lists and nudges you on what's due.
Calendar bot
Spots conflicts and gets you ready for meetings.
Finance bot
Tracks bills and invoices so nothing slips.
How it works
Think of a helpful new assistant at your shop. You tell them what to do. They do the boring parts. Then they show you the work, and you say "yes" or "fix this."
A day at a small business (example only)
A day in your personal life (example only)
Bots can make mistakes. That is why you check the work. They help people. They do not replace them.
Specialized bots by role
Each bot is a scoped agent with its own instructions, tool access, memory and guardrails. A coordinating bot can delegate to sub-agents, which stay inside their own scope.
Connectors with least privilege
Tools connect through standard connectors (MCP) with OAuth sign-in. Each bot gets only the access its role needs. You can revoke access from your own account settings.
Routines and triggers
Bots run on a schedule or on an event, such as a daily inbox triage or a new lead email. Output is a draft or a report.
Memory and guardrails
Editable notes on your preferences and voice. Written rules: never send, spend, publish or delete without approval; never invent facts; flag what's uncertain.
Human-in-the-loop
Every external or irreversible action waits for a named person to approve it.
Audit and data handling
Activity is logged where connected tools allow. Scope is written down. Sensitive data stays out unless safeguards are agreed first.
Failure modes we plan for
| Risk | How we handle it |
|---|---|
| Wrong or invented information | Source notes, "unsure" flags, human review |
| Misread email or tone | Shadow mode, tuning, voice notes |
| Doing something out of scope | Least-privilege connectors, approval gate |
| Malicious text in an email | Outside content treated as data, not instructions |
| Broken connection or drift | Alerts and scheduled reviews |

What a bot could draft for you
Illustrations, not client results. We do not promise outcomes.
HVAC
Service request triage, estimate follow-up drafts, seasonal reminders.
Roofing
Lead email sorting and estimate follow-ups. We keep ads within Florida licensing rules.
Dental
Reminder wording and review-reply drafts. Patient information stays out unless safeguards are agreed first.
Law
Intake sorting and research summaries. An attorney reviews everything, and Florida Bar advertising rules apply.
Med spa
Inquiry triage and post drafts. No guaranteed results, and careful handling of client information.
Equine
Boarding and lesson replies, event calendar, invoice tracking.
Auto
Estimate follow-ups, appointment reminders, review-reply drafts.
Senior care
Family inquiry sorting and newsletter drafts, with careful handling of personal information.

FAQ
Is my information private?
Bots only reach the accounts you connect, and only what each one is allowed to see. You can disconnect at any time. For sensitive data we agree on safeguards in writing first.
What if it makes a mistake?
It can. That is why it drafts and you approve. We start with a drafts-only trial and tune from what we see.
Will it send or post on its own?
No. In our setup, anything that is sent, spent or published waits for your approval.
Will it replace my staff?
No. It handles sorting and first drafts. People make decisions and talk to customers.
How much does it cost?
It's a custom quote based on how many bots you need and which tools they connect to. Send us a message to get one.
Can you promise results?
No. We do not promise savings, revenue or time saved.
Can it help with my personal life too?
Yes: inbox, calendar, reminders, bills list, meal and grocery lists, trip planning. Same rule: it drafts, you decide.
Want a bot team that drafts and you decide?
Tell us what eats your time. We'll tell you honestly whether a Grok Bot can help.
